Existing Home Sales Drop 2.7% in June

The National Association of Realtors is reporting that existing home sales were down 2.7% in June, 2025 to a seasonally-adjusted annual rate of 3.93 million.  Click here to read more.

New Home Sales Up Slightly in June

The U.S. Government is reporting that sales of new single-family houses in June, 2025 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 627k, which is 0.6% higher than May’s revised rate but is 6.6% lower than one year ago.  Click here to read more.

Foreclosure Activity Up Slightly in First Half of 2025

According to ATTOM’s Mid-Year 2025 U.S. Foreclosure Market Report, there were a total of 187,659 U.S. properties with foreclosure filings (default notices, scheduled auctions or bank repossessions) in the first six months of 2025.  Click here to read more.
