Inflation Running Ends Year at 3.4%

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics is reporting that the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) increased 0.3% in December, 2023. The all items index was up 3.4% for the 12 months ending in December. Click here to read more.

Yardi Says Rents Fell for the Fifth Straight Month

According to the latest Yardi Matrix Multifamily Report, the average U.S. multifamily rent was $1,709 in December, 2023 – the 5th straight month of declines. Click here to read more.
