Mortgage Delinquency Rates by Loan Type

According to the Mortgage Banker Association’s latest National Delinquency Survey (NDS) the overall delinquency rate for mortgage loans on one‐to‐four‐unit residential properties increased to a seasonally adjusted rate of 3.88% of all loans outstanding at the end of Q4 2023. Click here to read more.

All-Cash Purchases of New Homes Accounted for 8.4% of sales in 2023

Recent analysis of new home sales data by the NAHB’s Eye on Housing reveals that all-cash purchases accounted for 8.4% of new home sales in 2023 – the second-highest share since 1991. Click here to read more.
