Consumer Price Index Up 3.7% Year Over Year

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics is reporting that the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) was up 0.6% in August, 2023. The all items index was up 3.7% for the 12 months ending in August.  Click here to read more.

Investments in Student Housing See Increase

Recent data from the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) says private fixed investment in student dormitories rose 1% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of $3.6 billion in Q2 2022, after a 6.4% increase in Q1 2022. Click here to read more.

Foreclosure Activity Sees Uplift in August
