New Home Sales Down Slightly

The U.S. Government is reporting that sales of new single-family houses in June, 2024 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 617k, which is 0.6% lower than May’s revised rate and is 7.4% lower than one year ago. Click here to read more.

GDP Up 2.8% in Q2 2024

According to their “advance” estimate, the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis is reporting that America’s real gross domestic product (GDP) increased at an annual rate of 2.8% in Q2 2024. Click here to read more.
