New Home Sales Up 2.3% in December
|
The U.S. Government is reporting that sales of new single-family houses in December, 2022 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 616k, which is 2.3% higher than November’s revised rate but is 26.6% lower than one year ago. Click here to read more.

Zumper’s National Rent Report for January ’23
|
Rental information site Zumper recently released their latest monthly National Rent Report showing that their median national rent for 1-bedroom apartments in January, 2023 was $1,492 (down 0.3% from December) and the median two-bedroom rent was $1,822 (flat since December).
