U.S. Homeownership & Rental Vacancy Rates for Q3 2023

The U.S. government is reporting that the national vacancy rates for Q3, 2023 were 6.6% for rental housing and 0.8% for homeowner housing. The national homeownership rate for Q3, 2023 was 66%. Click here to read more.

U.S. Construction Spending Up 0.4% in September

U.S. Employment Situation – October 2023
