Housing Starts Tumble 14.8% in January

Student Housing on Road to Recovery

According to the NAHB’s Eye on Housing, private fixed investment in student dormitories rose 1.2% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate (SAAR) of $3.96 billion in Q4 2023, after increasing 5.5% in Q3 2023. Click here to read more.
