White House Puts the CFPB on the Chopping Block

White House budget director Russell Vought said he plans to close the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). According to Reuters, Vought said the agency has persecuted small businesses but failed to protect consumers. Click here to read more.

Foreclosure Activity Trending Higher

According to ATTOM Data’s Q3 2025 U.S. Foreclosure Market Report, there were 101,513 residential properties with foreclosure filings (default notices, scheduled auctions or bank repossessions) in the 3rd quarter, up 17% from one year ago. Click here to read more.

Annual Rate Growth for Storage Returns After 3-Year Dip
