In Memoriam: Our Vice President, David Paul Czajka

Dear Members,

It is with deep sadness that we share the news that our longtime Vice President, David Paul Czajka, passed away on May 29 at his home in South Toledo, surrounded by his family. He was 88.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, June 24, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at:

David joined the Toledo Real Estate Investors Association in 1989 and served for many years as our Vice President. He was a tireless advocate for rental property owners, frequently testifying before the Ohio Legislature and Toledo City Council on issues affecting our members. His dedication, professionalism, and steady leadership have been a cornerstone of this organization for decades, and his loss will be felt by all of us who had the privilege of working with him.

Many of you knew David as more than just an officer of our group. He was the owner of DC Enterprises LLC and an experienced investor who generously shared his knowledge with others. Beyond real estate, he had a lifelong passion for cars and was deeply involved in the Lancers Car Club, the International Show Car Association (ISCA), and the Toledo Rod & Custom Auto-Rama, where he served in leadership and judging roles for many years.
