ATTOM’s Year-End 2025 U.S. Foreclosure Market Report

According to ATTOM Data’s Year-End 2025 U.S. Foreclosure Market Report, there were 367,460 U.S. properties with foreclosure filings (default notices, scheduled auctions or bank repossessions) – representing 0.26% of all U.S. housing units, up 14% from 2024 and up 3% from 2023. Click here to read more.
