Summary: The EPA will hold property management firms accountable to assure they are performing renovation, repair, and painting (RRP) work in a lead-safe manner and following the RRP certification process. Please make sure that if you are doing work in-house, you have RRP certification for your firm and all employees are RRP certified. If you are contracting that work out, please make sure you only hire contractors that have RRP certification and work for firms (companies) who are RRP certified.
