Be Smart, Stay Safe…

I’m not sure why many media people thrive on seeing others in pain, instead, we should focus on making the world a better place every day.

We should smile or say “Hi!” to strangers (not shake or make contact) because random acts of kindness will be returned 10 fold.

I just wanted to let you know that it’s business as usual with a little more safety.

Consider this as the time to use virtual workers and digital lockboxes for property showings to avoid any major issues on the property management side and making the business less stressful. People will always need a roof over their heads.

FYI, be prepared!

Are you buying less properties because of fear. That’s fine because plenty of investors will consider this their buying time.

All in all, follow the rules enforced by the law when it comes to keeping everyone safe. But, I think it will be business more or less as usual for us through this epidemic.

Be smart, stay safe, keep informed but not necessarily the false media trying to shock!
