Harry Borders’ Biography

Harry Borders has been practicing real estate law for almost 20 years.  He is a partner in the law firm of Borders & Borders Attorney, the region’s largest real estate firm.  Harry’s practice focuses exclusively on Real Estate Law including real estate closings, asset protection, entity structuring, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, leases, options, land trust, and short sales.

Harry teaches extensively on a local, regional and national level to Realtors, real estate investors, business owners, REIAs and other real estate professionals.  Harry is always well received in his classes.

Harry has also been investing in all types of real estate for the last 15 years.  This allows Harry the ability to bring a unique perspective to his client as both an attorney and an investor.
